These days it seems that everyone is planning their dream wedding.
In doing so, it’s always important to plan right and plan early.
Otherwise you may rush and forget something.
Getting the bridal party ready, the grooms-men, the parents on both sides of the family, the children who will spread the flowers and carry the rings.
Virtually, everything needs to be put into perspective early in order to have it come out right. That includes the pictures.
Hire The Right Wedding Photographer
Everyone wants their wedding to have nice pictures to remember it by. An experienced photographer is the key to accomplishing that.

It’s always important to plan ahead, and look around for a good photographer. One that has their portfolio available and ready to be critiqued.
Wedding Photography Checklist
A wedding photography checklist is one of the easiest ways to quickly weed through the low quality photographers and find yourself a gem.
It’s important because when the wedding is going on, when everyone is having a good time watching the happy couple, the last thing they want to worry about is if the pictures will turn out right, or that the person taking the pictures is not experienced enough to get the job done.
Wedding Photography Checklist - Photographer Interview
1. Is this their first wedding?
2. Do they have samples of their work?
3. Can they give the names of anyone else that purchased their service recently?
4. Do they have letters of recommendation from those other wedding parties, and how long ago were they written?
5. Can you see a slide-show of their work in order to get a better idea of what they will be offering and how they work?
6. Do they work alone, or will they have others at a certain point, take over for them?
7. What are their wedding photography prices? Are they contingent upon how many guests there will be in the wedding, how many pictures are requested and where, how long the service is or the time of day?
Use your Gut Feeling When Hiring A Photographer
Make sure to pay attention to their answers and ask additional questions based off their responses.
If they don’t have samples of their work, ask them why. If they don’t have letters of recommendation from any of their previous clients ask them why, and so on.
All of these questions are very important in helping to make the final decision on a wedding photographer.
Because in the end, what matters most is making sure that both parties, the wedding planner and the photographer agree. This will take away any anxiety while the festivities are going on.
Use this wedding photography checklist to streamline your hiring process.
